Dear St James Families and Parishioners:
St. James is pleased to announce our plan to publish a PARISH PICTORIAL DIRECTORY. You are invited and encouraged to make sure your photo is included. We haven't done one in 12 years and we need to know each other better.
Photographs will be taken at the Parish Center on the dates and times shown below (3 days between Christmas and New Years, most of January and all the way through Valentine's Day.). Besides selecting your photo for the directory, you will have the option to purchase at special cost additional portrait packages. It's all done DIGITALLY, at the time your pictures are taken, with no need for a return visit to view your proofs. Everyone participating will receive a free 8x10 portrait, and a copy of the completed directory.
We have contracted with Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits to serve us. Many of you probably know local resident
John V. Nelson, who is the territory sales manager for Lifetouch. He personally invites all his friends to come and have their portrait taken.
The December dates were specially chosen to allow young adults who are home from college to have their pictures taken.
Thursday - Friday, December 27, 28 (3:00 - 9:00 pm), Saturday December 29 (10:00 am-4:00 pm)
Thursday - Friday January 10-11 (3:00 - 9:00 pm), Saturday January 12(10:00 am-4:00 pm)
Tuesday-Friday January 15-18 and 22-25 (3:00-9:00 pm), Tuesday-Thursday January 29-31 (3:00-9:00 pm)
Tuesday-Friday February 5-8 and 12-15 (3:00-9:00 pm)

Completing the forms is very simple and intuitive (the system even extends your sitting times for larger groups!), and you receive a confirmation email of your scheduled time.
All of November and part of December, we will have sign-ups after weekend Masses in the narthex as well.
People are still needed to help in the production of the new directory. If you are willing to help serve as a welcoming host for photo sessions, please contact the Parish Office (363-7615). Also, the Parish Office can assist you in signing up online or if you have any other questions.
The Directory is a valuable way to identify others parish members. Your participation is important and appreciated.
