On behalf of St. James Catholic Parish in Mukwonago Wisconsin, let us welcome you to our website. We hope you find it informative and helpful. Our hope is that you find a home here at St. James and that we can assist you in strengthening your relationship with Christ.
We invite you to consider becoming involved in the mission of St. James. With almost 1,100 families, we rely on parishioners to share their time and talent to further the work of the Lord and spread the good news of his kingdom.
The prayer for all who visit here is that through the intercession of St. James, the patron of our parish, God will continue to bless and strengthen you with his abiding love and peace.
On Saturday, May 2, the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Waukesha County will be presenting Taking A New Look At Poverty Training and how their new Coming Together to Get Ahead Mentoring Program will assist those struggling in Waukesha County at: St. James Catholic Church, Lower Level of Parish Center, 830 County Road NN East, Mukwonago. Why should you attend? Because, it will give you an insight into the struggle of poverty that will change you forever. Using a new lens, you will stretch your definition of poverty to "the extent to which an individual does without resources." While financial resources are extremely important, we all need many more to survive, especially to leave a life in poverty. With CTGA we hope to end poverty one person, one neighborhood, one community at a time--come and learn how! For more details contact Marian Lamoureux 262-363-7615 X125.
