Confirmation

Confirmation remains an important tradition and pivotal chapter in the life of the young Church. Southern Moraine Parishes leads a vibrant and challenging program that grows the Confirmand's critical thinking skills, an appreciation for the Catholic lifestyle, and learning the tools of prayer, discernment, and values that lead to a quality life in the Catholic faith.

We offer two programs...

Weeklong, intensive summer option (June 15th-19th) @ SJL
- Great for students with busy school schedules. This option only satisfies the class portion of the program, with the other components (service, retreat, parent/sponsor night, etc.) being completed throughout the usual fall and spring semester. Confirmands choosing this option need to be available the entire week.
Schoolyear Option (Oct. - May, Sunday Mornings) @ SJL

The Confirmation retreat is a vital component to the Confirmation program - we have now moved to an overnight model! (Jan. 9th-10th, Saturday thru Sunday).
